– 8 oz egg noodles
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
1. Prep the Ingredients: Start by dicing the onion, slicing the carrots and celery, and mincing the garlic.
2. Add to Crockpot: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot. Add the chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or Italian sausage until browned. Drain any excess fat.
